Taken with Hasselblad 500cm, Zeiss Planar 80mm, FujiFilm Acros 100 and developed in Xtol 1:1 for 10 min @ 24C to start. Scanned on Epson V800.
Selection of photographs from Barrington Cruise Night lovingly taken with my Hasselblad 500c, Carl Zeiss 80mm Distagon T* lens, and some awesome Tmax 400 film. I have always enjoyed the classic car scene, and this night, out with my son, was no exception. Lots of chrome, forgotten shapes, great texture and good people. Enjoy.
This is the 2nd installment from my short series "Photographs from..." They were taken in June 2016 during my short stay in Ireland near Ballina, Co. Mayo on the west coast of Ireland. The weather was exceptionally beautiful and cooperative, so many opportunities presented themselves to take some great photographs with my Hasselblad loaded with contrasty and saturated Velvia 50 slide film. The selection includes the west side of the Downpatrick Head and it does not feature the famous location as much as the surrounding beauty. Included are photos from beach at Enniscrone, Ireland as well as another location when one drives the national road toward Sligo - Aughris Head (great 2 mile walk with beautiful sea views). I hope you enjoy!
Yesterday, April 2nd ...was the craziest weather day ever. It started with a decent sunrise, but it quickly disintegrated into a series of snowfall cells, wind, sunshine and snow (did I mention snow?). We planned to visit various locations during the day, and we did not let the weather stop us. Most of the the photographs were taken on Kodak Tmax 400 film (awesomest BW film ever) and expired Konica SR-G 160 for color on Hasselblad 500c with 80mm Zeiss Planar f/2.8 lens. Developed at home with D76 1:1 solution. I hope you enjoy some of them.
